![]() I’ve managed to input my payment details end set up a subscription. So now I’m low on ink, but the service doesn’t recognise I’m low on ink because it says I’m not connected and therefore won’t send me any ink out. The app on my phone connects fine when printing and scanning, but the minute I try to connect to buy new ink, it says the printer is offline (it clearly isn’t - the blue wifi light is on and I have full signal on my mobile too). I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I’ve struggled with my Smart Printer since buying it in January. Some HP Smart features require a network connection and an HP account for full functionality.
